English 10: The students finished and reviewed their Crucible Act 4 questions. We also completed our final grammar work covering periods and other end marks (9.1.) The students were given their assessment review, which they should use to take notes and study.

Publications: The students continued working on their yearbook pages.

English 10: The students finished reading The Crucible and began working on their Act 4 after reading questions.

Publications: The students continued working on their Fall sport yearbook responsibilities.

English 10: The students finished and reviewed their Act 3 after reading questions, and began reading Act 4 of The Crucible.

English 10: The students finished reading Act 3 and began working on their after reading questions. Students need to complete their grammar (8.3-8.5) for homework.

English 10: The students began reading Act 3 of The Crucible.

Publications: We had a guest speaker come in and give us an InDesign program tutorial. Afterwards, the students created their own page.

October 22, 2014

English 10: The students finished reading Act 2. Afterwards, the students completed and reviewed their after reading questions. The students also completed their grammar work covering capitalization of names (8.1. and 8.2.)

Publications: The students worked on their second sample THS sports/club InDesign page. We will finish them tomorrow.

English 10: The students continued reading Act 2 of The Crucible.

Publications: The students peer edited each other’s THS articles, made the needed revisions, and reprinted them.

October 20, 2014

English 10: The students finished watching Act 1 of the film adaptation, and began reading Act 2 of The Crucible.

Publications: The students edited, typed, and printed their THS sport/club article.
